I wanted to give you a perfect score because of all of your pictures with a horse mask (bravo). I think this is a good start. You've got your Chibi-anatomy down, and the folds in the shorts are very well done! You need to work on your hands and feet, but so do the rest of us. He is very expressive There are a few things that look wonky, but they are also things that are easily fixed. His pose doesn't make sense. Is he sitting? Is he falling? Why are his hands out in front of him like that? Answer these questions with your artwork! Define what he is doing, and your artwork will improve tremendously. The blush looks a little harsh. I don't know what program you are using, but I would tone it down a bit by blending it out. The rest are things to remember while you're finishing this piece: Use high-contrast shades for shading! Define the nose, eyes, and mouth well, and add other colors like brown or grey.
That's all I'll say for now. I've looked through your gallery, and I think you have a lot of potential to improve! Keep it up.
